Based on the picture, guess when I went back to vaping and then when I quit again? It’s crazy to see what kind of an effect nicotine has on the body.
I started smoking when I was 12. Smoked more than two packs of shitty full flavor cigarettes until I was 30. Finally quit and swore I would never go back.
About a year and a half ago, I got drunk and decided some chewing tobacco sounded good. It was amazing, so good I slowly got hooked back on nicotine again. Knowing vaping is more socially acceptable than nicotine, I moved over to that. Finally quit vaping around May of 2019.
Had some drinks one night and got away with having a cigarette and not having terrible cravings the next day. A couple months later, (Oct?) I found myself 100% hooked on vaping again.
I used to do intermittent fasting and only eat one meal a day. Got real healthy and then nicotine fucked it all up again. Last week, I said to hell with this shit. I quit vaping and went back to one meal a day all on the same day. Today I was a little edgy compared to the last few days, but some days will be tough.
I am so done with nicotine.
TL;DR Nicotine is fucking evil. No matter how much you believe you can just have an occasional cigarette, YOU CAN’T! Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.
